Grounding project -Field 01- Spiral Field
CONCEPT
都市の中心部の立体レンタル農園の計画である。
敷地は大阪市内淀川近くに隣接し、保育園が所有する。近年、マンションの計画もあったが諸事情により建設中止となり、現在駐車場となっている敷地である。この敷地の周辺地域は他の都心部と同様に空き家となった古い家屋の多くが壊され、代わりに駐車場へと変わってきている。この都市の隙間を埋め尽くす駐車場は、駐車という単一機能のみであり、街並みを退屈なものとしているのではないだろうか？この駐車場の敷地に、園児や地域住民が“農”と“エネルギー”の生産を行う“空に向かう人工地盤”「スパイラルフィールド」を提案する。
This is plantation project in urban area of Osaka. The site is owned by a kindergarten nearby Yodo River in Osaka City. Even though there was a project planned to build apartment housing in this site, the project was cancelled and instead, a parking lot was built. Similarly around here, many old houses are demolished and parking lots are created. Although the lots have only single function, they take many spots in the city. It seems to create uninteresting and wasteful spaces in the city. This project introduces an innovative way to utilize the parking lots. We suggest creating spaces for children and the community around here to produce agricultural products and energy on the artificial ground go up to the sky, “The Spiral Field.”
